Ken Hill has over 30 years of experience in the telecom, electric and gas utility business. He started as an Electric Distribution Engineer for the former Philadelphia Electric Company, now Peco Energy. He then transferred to the Gas Department in 1989, eventually joining Exelon Infrastructure Services as a Project Manager and Business Developer for gas and electric utility projects. In 1999, Ken joined PPL in their unregulated businesses. He was Project Manager for over 100 cellular sites built from 2000 to 2002 on the PPL Electric Utilities system. From 2002 to 2004, he oversaw the deployment of over 6000 wireless based AMR units and over 20,000 Power Line Carrier based Commercial Power AMR units throughout the PPL Electric Utilities service territory. Most recently, Ken worked for PPL Infrastructure Services, where he managed all unregulated cell tower leasing, engineering, construction and maintenance activities.
