David Rines is a Member of Lerman Senter. His practice is focused on regulatory, policy, and transactional issues for commercial and private wireless services (mobile and fixed), broadband services, and wireline communications services. David works with commercial service providers as well as with operators of private communications systems, such as electric utilities and other critical infrastructure industries.
The scope of his practice includes spectrum policy, spectrum acquisition and management, licensing, infrastructure matters such as pole attachments and collocation, broadband access services, regulatory compliance, and new and emerging technologies. David received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and his law degree from Georgetown University. Prior to law school, David served in the U.S. Army with the Tenth Special Forces Group (Airborne). He speaks Russian.
