Randy Klindt is General Manager of OzarksGo, LLC, a subsidiary of Ozarks Electric Cooperative in Fayetteville Arkansas. Ozarks is in the process of building a 6 phase 7,000 mile fiber to the home network passing 74,000 meters in Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma. The Ozarks FTTH network will be modeled after the Co-Mo model where Randy was General Manager of Co-Mo Connect before moving to Ozarks in early 2016. Co-Mo’s project was the first cooperative owned FTTH network serving every member of the cooperative without government grants or subsidies. During Randy’s tenure at Co-Mo, they launched the first rural gigabit residential service in the country, IP television service, and signed up over 14,000 subscribers. Randy is also a partner at Conexon. Conexon assists electric cooperatives evaluate and deploy fiber to the home networks to the members and communities.
