Roxanne Fong has a broad utility background based on over 28 years of experience with Pacific Gas & Electric Company, one of the largest combined electric and gas utilities in the United States. Currently she is Senior Manager of the Large Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Agriculture segments and leads the Sales organization for Business Development, responsible for expanding product offerings and market penetration for the company’s New Products and Services Enterprise. Ms. Fong has served in a variety of management positions at PG&E focusing on the disciplines of product development, strategic planning, sales, public relations and marketing. Her leadership has been instrumental in the growth and evolution of PG&E’s sales organizations through the creation of innovative programs and the development of key market strategies. Under Ms. Fong’s guidance, numerous brand initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns have successfully delivered increased earnings for the investor owned utility. In addition, her keen focus on delivering value for PG&E’s Business to Business customers has enabled sustained growth for the company in the area of customer satisfaction. Ms. Fong graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science and Business as well as an MBA in International Business, from University of San Francisco Graduate School of Management. She also holds Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certification from Villanova University.
