Bruce Le

Southern California Edison

Bruce Le is a consulting telecom engineer within Southern California Edison’s (SCE) Network & Telecommunications Engineering section.  Bruce has been involved in all engineering aspects of telecommunications network planning, architecting, and designing during his 25 years tenure at SCE.  He was the lead engineer responsible for specification, evaluation, selection, and deployment of SCE’s DWDM and MPLS networks.  He’s currently involved in the TDM to IP transition effort and various grid modernization initiatives at SCE.  Bruce earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Weber State University, and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.  He is also a registered professional engineer in the state of California and the current chairman of the UTC Smart Networks Council.
