Registration rates include access to pre-conference training, education sessions, general sessions, exhibit hall, and all meals and networking events. **Day rates include all events on the day chosen. Day rates are available to gas, water, and electric utility companies only.
UTC Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing before the cutoff date of 5/23/25 and received by UTC on or before midnight EDT and will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
- After the cancellation date, all registrants will be liable for the full registration fee.
- Written cancellation notices can be emailed to meetings@utc.org.
- No verbal cancellations will be accepted; this includes voicemail messages.
- Registration substitutions/transfers will be accepted without penalty.
